You can go through our “forgot password or username” recovery. There is a prompt underneath the login inputs that you can click on that will redirect you, if you have forgotten your username/password. This will send an email associated with your account. You may want to check you Junk/Spam folder for the email.  If this doesn't work, you will need to contact us as we need to verify your account with personal information.
