We don't offer second attempts or refresh the quizzes on courses that are not fully automated. When the quiz is saved, it is then graded. Fully automated courses are the only ones that allow quizzes to be re-taken/attempted.

 
With Activities being worth more and affecting your overall grade to a higher degree, you ought to be able to pass the course with continuing on to the activities and other quizzes (if applicable).
