As this site is operated by a non-profit organization, it is not possible to absorb these expenses. Once a student has begun a course, the course registration fee will not be refunded.

In the case a refund is requested, it must meet the following criteria:

  • The class was not started.
  • The refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase or enrollment.
  • The request for a refund must be made by email or through the helpdesk (orange question mark). strongly advises potential students to view the Sample Course to ensure that this is the type of training best suited to her or his learning style and needs.
